Our Team
Ramon AlvarezRamon Alvarez is a 2012 graduate from the MBA program at UC Berkeley ‐ Haas School of Business, where he was a 2011 Mayfield Fellow. While completing his studies he was a consultant at NetService Ventures Group, where he analyzed early stage startups in the mobile and social domains. He also surveyed many Bay Area incubators and accelerators (500 Startups, RocketSpace, StartX, Dogpatch Labs, Founders Den, etc). Previously he managed software development projects in the Telecom industry. He holds a B.Sc and M.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (Barcelona, Spain).

Didem ErsozDidem Ersoz is most recently the cofounder of WebFWD, an innovation incubator powered by Mozilla. She designed the curriculum, established mentor relations with the experts in the field such as Guy Kawasaki and Alexander Osterwalder, and lead the marketing and outreach of the program. While continuing working part-time to grow WebFWD, she is currently pursuing an MBA at
UC Berkeley ‐ Haas School of Business. Prior to business school, she was at P&G leading project and start up teams on new technologies and large-scale capacity increases in manufacturing. She holds a B.Scs and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Bogazici University (Istanbul, Turkey).

Lars FøleideLars Føleide is doing a PhD in Entrepreneurship, specializing on Social Ventures and how integrating recent advancements in Innovation Management can be used to achieve sustainable competitive advantage while focusing on social change. He holds a Bachelor in Computer Science, a Bachelor in Marketing, a Master in Entrepreneurship, and a Master in Finance. Relevant experience involve starting an IT company of his own, Real Estate experience through acquiring a house and managing a coop.

Milan ThakorMilan Thakor is a recent graduate of UC Berkeley (class of 2011) and has been working with a venture funded start-up, Playkast, in San Francisco since graduating. He is interested in product development and marketing, and is eager to help students in the program refine and develop their ideas into sustainable companies. He will be managing practical day-to-day matters within the house as well as helping with the organization of events and activities.
