Venture Incubator for Students

Agora Startup House offers a rich program to accelerate and facilitate the growth of your venture while you are still at school. The program runs from August to May in parallel to UC Berkeley schedule.

While other incubator and accelerator programs (Y-Combinator, 500 Startups, etc.) require full-time dedication during 3-4 months, our program stretches this into the 9-month academic year to accommodate your busy college schedule. This way you get the best of both worlds. You can continue your studies while working on the launch of your venture, with the help of all the incubator services provided by Agora Startup House in the most convenient setting: right where you live.

The program starts with an initial assessment of the teams and follows a curriculum through a wide variety of events on a weekly schedule.

Events

The weekly events include:

Speakers Nights: Subject matter experts, successful entrepreneurs, and investors will share their expertise
Team presentations: Teams will share their progress and exchange ideas with each other
Mentorship Sessions: Mentors will provide guidance regarding your ventures
Final Presentations: Teams will present to the larger Agora community including investors
